Villa Colibri

Villa Colibri presents itself as a stunning designer residence on three floors with a total of 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall, a bathroom, a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining room for larger groups, a lounge and an open and fully equipped kitchen, which can be separated by a sliding door if required. All rooms open onto a huge terrace with views of the pool and the sea.

On the first floor of the villa there is a beautiful master bedroom with its own fireplace, shower and bathtub, as well as two further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms offer sweeping views of the sea and open onto a sun-drenched terrace with sun loungers.

The lower floor houses a cinema room with a cosy sofa area, two further double bedrooms (one with access to a secluded patio), a bathroom and a laundry room.

The outdoor area of the villa is equally impressive with a heated 12 x 4 metre infinity pool, a whirlpool and a comfortable lounge area that is ideal for meditation. The pool house has its own outdoor shower and toilet as well as a barbecue area. A large wooden table offers a magnificent view of the sea and the Golden Islands and is perfect for large groups to enjoy French dining in a spacious outdoor setting.

On the same plot, but separate from the villa, there are three independent luxury flats. Each has its own entrance, a secluded terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. If desired, the three flats can be connected to the villa via the staircase of the pool house, so that the entire property with 10 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests.

All of the property's bedrooms are furnished with super luxurious duvets and designer bed linen to ensure a peaceful and fantastic night's sleep. Other features include air conditioning, alarm system, cable TV and a music surround system.
