We returned from our dream trip to Brazil yesterday. It really was a dream. We would like to thank you today for the excellent organisation. Everything, really everything, worked perfectly. We were very satisfied all round. It was an extraordinary trip, which was really perfect for us personally in the way you organised it. The surprise chocolate greeting at home was the icing on the cake. You did 100% for us and lived up to our expectations.

Many thanks to you all for this great experience. Top organisation and advice in advance and then such a great trip on an incredibly beautiful ship to a very special destination. The way to the North Pole was breathtakingly beautiful with lots of polar bears, a few whales and seals and, above all, huge impressive glaciers. They still exist, although you can see a decline. I can only recommend this trip and travelling with Ponant in general.

It is worth its price.

We recently took a privately guided round trip through South America (Peru, Argentina, Brazil). This was pre-planned by us. The additional recommendations and numerous suggestions from Mr Gowin himself were "worth their weight in gold" in every respect. His recommendations ranged from the hotel room on the right side, the right train to and from Machu Picchu (there with Belmond Hiram Bingham, back with Vistadome) to table reservations in selected restaurants. The local guides were personally known to him, which was also noticeable in the service he provided. From the first to the last day, we felt well looked after and in good hands.
