You start the fourth day with a half-day ski excursion in Aspen Highlands.
At 13:30, lunch and après-ski await you at Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro. This legendary restaurant, located halfway up the Aspen Highlands, is known for its authentic alpine atmosphere, elegant cuisine and famous après-ski scene. With views of the iconic Maroon Bells and a cosy wood-burning fireplace, dining here is an unforgettable experience.
Guests meet at the Aspen Highlands Welcome Centre at 12:30 pm and enjoy a hot chocolate and schnapps. As the ride can be cold, guests should dress warmly; the snowcats are not enclosed, but blankets will be provided. The open-air snowcat departs at 1 p.m. and arrives at the restaurant at approximately 1:30 p.m.
The Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro offers a relaxing culinary experience with traditional raclette, Gruyère fondue and daily seafood inspirations. From 2pm, Cloud Nine transforms into a lively après party with music, dancing and champagne. The package includes two Veuve Clicquot packages, each with half a bottle of champagne per person and raclette or cheese fondue.
In the late afternoon you have time for shopping, museum visits or other activities.
Round off the day with dinner at Cache Cache at 20:30.
