5★Palazzo Bozzi Corso

Palazzo Bozzi Corso is just a short walk from the magnificent Basilica of Santa Croce and the very central Piazza S. Oronzo. This historic palace was originally built in 1775 by Gabriele Bozzi Corso, probably on the remains of a pre-existing building from the 16th century. In 1879, the palace became the property of another noble family, the Conti Zecca, who passed it on to the Vergine-Indraccolo family in the second half of the last century. The architect Emanuele Manieri endeavoured to achieve a perfect balance of lines and proportions with elegant and impressive results. Today, the palazzo represents the ideal combination of antiquity and the present, perfectly embodying the aesthetics of La Fiermontina, which is deeply rooted in local history and tradition and at the same time forward-looking.
The Palazzo consists of 10 elegant suites, a library, a garden, several lounges and terraces. The Palazzo's 10 suites are divided into three categories: two "Classic Rooms", four "Aristocratic Suites" and four "Wellness Suites", which are equipped with a double hydro-massage shower or a private sauna. Each suite has its own character and style. They are named after members of the Fiermonte-Filali family and house the family's art collection. They have been deliberately redesigned in a distinctive modern style, offering a resolute choice that focuses on harmonious colour schemes and furniture by established designers such as Le Corbusier, Gio Ponti and Carlo Scarpa.
