Gastronomy
Seven gourmet restaurants provide culinary delights for the palate. From traditional Arabic delicacies to French haute cuisine and authentic Italian classics, there is something to suit every guest.
Splendido Social Bar & Kitchen: Italian specialities are on offer at Splendido, with a view of the hotel's beautiful garden. Chef Francesco cooks his dishes according to his grandmother's recipe. Don't miss the traditional ravioli or the delicious tiramisu. Incidentally, the herbs are harvested from the chef's personal organic garden.
Caravan: The Caravan Restaurant offers Indian, Arabic and Mediterranean delicacies.
Blue Jade: In 2015, the restaurant was named "Dubai's Best Southeast Asian Restaurant". Delicious Asian specialities await guests here.
La Baie: During the day, guests can enjoy the view of the garden and in the evening round off the day with a fruity cocktail and a beautiful sunset. The La Baie Lounge offers salads, snacks and seafood in a cosy lounge atmosphere.
Amaseena: Just like in 1001 nights, guests dine under the stars in a private Bedouin tent with music to match. Guests can look forward to Arabian delicacies and discreet evening entertainment (music, board games and shisha).
Palm Grill: As the name suggests, the Palm Grill offers excellent grilled seafood.
Gulf Pavilion: The Gulf Pavilion is located directly by the pool. Here, guests can enjoy familiar favourites such as light summer salads, sandwiches and pizza in a relaxed atmosphere.
Afternoon tea is celebrated in the Lobby Lounge and guests can enjoy fine cigars, scotch and whiskeys in the Library Bar.
Activities & Wellness
The Ritz-Carlton Spa with a traditional hammam and a modern fitness area promises absolute regeneration and relaxation at the highest level. There are a total of 12 treatment rooms with Asian and European treatments, a beauty parlour, steam bath, two pools and a fitness studio in the spa.
There are plenty of activities on site - from a private camel ride on the beach to a variety of water sports (snorkelling, water skiing, etc.). The highlight: a unique fishing and cookery experience. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast on a luxury yacht and later catch their own lunch: fresh fish. While enjoying the breathtaking view, preferably with a homemade cocktail, the chefs at the Palm Grill Restaurant create a three-course menu from the catch.
The Ritz-Carlton Dubai is also ideally located for golfers, as the Emirates Golf Club and The Montgomerie Golf Club are both just 10 minutes away.
The Ritz-Carlton has six spacious swimming pools, including pools with waterfalls, an integrated pool bar and two children's pools with water slides, as well as the spa pool on the 4th floor.
Kids
The Ritz Kids programme takes care of the youngest guests. It offers daily supervised activities for children with craft and origami workshops, storytelling sessions and even cookery lessons. Archery, children's yoga and kite flying are just some of the other activities on offer for the little ones.

The climate in the United Arab Emirates is tropical to subtropical. The best time to visit Dubai and Abu Dhabi is between November and April, as it is not unbearably hot during this time.
