These suites, which have either a terrace or balcony overlooking the gardens, are elegantly decorated in a modern, fresh style and feature a spacious bathroom with double sinks and bathtub and are ideal for longer stays.
Grand Suite
These airy 65 m² one-bedroom suites are tastefully decorated in a modern, fresh style inspired by the Algarve coastline. Perfect for a romantic getaway, these suites can be connected to a deluxe room for a family stay.
All Grand Suites have a spacious living room and a large terrace overlooking the lush subtropical gardens. In addition to a bathroom with double washbasin and bath or shower, some Grand Suites have an additional shower room and a guest toilet.
Penthouse Suite
VILA VITA Parc has two penthouses, each 105 m² in size. The two suites are decorated in an elegant and fresh contemporary style, each with a distinctive colour palette of Atlantic blue or coral red. Each suite features hardwood floors, high ceilings, an airy living room with a cosy fireplace, a separate dining area for up to six guests and a fully equipped kitchenette with a service entrance for the personal butler, as well as a guest WC. The whole is wrapped by a delightful balcony with daybeds and al-fresco dining, providing the ideal private space in the sun.
The sleeping area has luxurious "Sealy" beds, a striking lacquered chest of drawers, a dressing room with a "Philippe Stark" mirror and a large bathroom with a mosaic wall, bathtub and steam shower as well as a heated towel rail.
Residence Townhouse Suite
The townhouse suites are located on the top floor of the adults-only residence and offer breathtaking views of the cliffs. These private balconies with water views invite lovers to linger together and enjoy a breathtaking sunset.
The duplex suites, elegantly decorated in a contemporary style with creamy beige and aquamarine tones and light-coloured hardwood floors, have a lounge area on the lower floor and a separate master bedroom on the upper floor with en-suite bathroom, both opening onto Moorish-style balconies with sea views.

The Algarve enjoys a subtropical climate with warm, dry summers and mild, humid winters.
Spring between March and May brings temperatures of 20 degrees. In March you can still expect 11 days of rain, in May there are only six.
It is warmest in summer from June to August. Rain is very rare and the sun shines for an average of 12 hours a day. During the day you can enjoy an average temperature of 28 degrees, and on hot days the breeze from the Atlantic brings welcome cooling. The Atlantic Ocean has a water temperature of 20 degrees.
Even in autumn, from September to November, you can still enjoy warm days with temperatures of around 20 degrees, although the probability of precipitation increases significantly towards the end of the year.
In winter, between December and February, temperatures rarely drop below 10 degrees.
The water temperatures in the Atlantic are quite fresh, but stable: the water is coolest from January to March at 15 - 16 degrees, in summer the sea reaches 20 degrees.
