Villa Puesta del Sol is located in a quiet cul-de-sac high above the rocky beach of the large Cala Llamp cove. The chic harbour of Port d'Andratx with its marina, restaurants and boutiques is only five minutes away by car. The villa has six bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen and many open-plan rooms for a harmonious family or group of friends.

Everything completely private! Relax in the KLAFS sauna (including SANARIUM®) with spacious shower, separate WC and changing facilities. In the adjoining fitness room, you can work out on Technogym equipment with a fantastic sea view. On request, you can enjoy massages and other spa treatments in your villa, using luxurious products and carried out by experts.
Port d'Andratx is the centre of the area and is considered by many to be the prettiest harbour in Mallorca. Here you will find a classy yacht club with more than 450 berths. You will be well catered for in numerous restaurants, yet Port d'Andratx is still a functioning fishing harbour with the typical bustling life of the fishermen.
From nearby Sant Elm, you can take a boat trip to the uninhabited island of Sa Dragonera, a nature reserve with secluded walks and good diving opportunities. Hire a private yacht with a skipper to explore the beautiful rocky coastline. For golfers, the 18-hole Golf de Andratx course is the best place to go.
Your villa has a large kitchen, fully equipped with high-quality Gaggenau appliances and wine fridges, as well as a dining room for 12 people. You can organise wonderful BBQs in the outdoor kitchen on the large terrace. The separate flat has its own kitchen.
If you prefer to be pampered: Everything can be organised, from catering for individual occasions to a personal chef who will look after you from morning to night.
The rooms of Villa Puesta del Sol are spread over three floors on the hillside overlooking the wide bay.
On the top floor, you first enter the villa's foyer. From here, you can access the other levels as well as the two spacious master bedrooms, each with their own spacious bathrooms, dressing rooms and terraces. To the right, to the south of the property, another bedroom overlooks the sea, which also has its own bathroom and terrace.
Social life takes place on the middle terrace level. Inside and outside merge seamlessly into one another. You also have a fantastic view of the sea from the living and dining room and the large kitchen. The spa area with fitness equipment, sauna and lounge is also located on this level. Two bedrooms are also located on this floor.
On the lowest level there is a separate flat with a small kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and terrace.

The climate on Mallorca is mild and very temperate. Winters are also quite mild, with lows of around nine degrees in January. It is best to travel to Mallorca in spring, early summer and autumn.
