5★ Severin*s Resort & Spa, Sylt

The rooms and suites at the Severin* are located in the main building and two flat blocks. All have a minibar including coffee and tea making facilities, flatscreen TV, daily newspaper, rain shower and bathtub, safe, care products from the exclusive La Biosthetique brand, 24-hour room service, WiFi, use of the spa and fitness area, childcare.

Superior double room
The cosy superior double rooms are approximately 38 m² in size and are located on the upper floor of the main building. The combined living and sleeping area offers you plenty of space to relax. In this category, it is possible to connect two room units via a shared hallway.

Superior double room plus
The spacious Superior Double Rooms Plus offer a combined living and sleeping area of approx. 38 m² and are located on both floors of the main building. The rooms on the ground floor have their own terrace with a beach chair. The rooms on the first floor offer more space for an extra bed.

Deluxe double room
The deluxe double rooms are approximately 45 m² in size and are at ground level. The living room is separated from the bedroom by a sliding door and both rooms have a flatscreen TV. The built-in wardrobe in the hallway and a walk-in wardrobe in the bedroom offer plenty of space for your clothes. A typical Sylt beach chair and elegant patio furniture await you on the terrace.

Junior Suite
At 50 m², the Junior Suites offer plenty of space and are ideal for a longer stay. Located on the ground floor as well as on the first floor, a separate living and sleeping area invites you to linger. The living room has a cosy sofa and a dining table. The built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space for your luggage.

Senior Suite
The comfortable Senior Suites are located on the first floor of the main building. With a separate living and sleeping area, they offer a high level of comfort and plenty of space for you to relax. A separate dressing area in the bedroom provides plenty of storage space for your luggage. The spacious living room has a cosy sofa and a dining table.

Severin*s Suite
The Severin*s Suite is unique and offers 72 m² of space to relax and unwind. The living area is furnished with a corner sofa and a large table for socialising. A warming gas fireplace ensures cosiness and well-being. The living room and bedroom are separate and can be separated by a sliding door. In addition to two walk-in wardrobes in the bedroom, the spacious entrance area offers plenty of room for your clothes. The spacious bathroom in this accommodation unit can be accessed from the bedroom. The Severin* suite also has a separate WC, which adjoins the living room.

Spa Suite
The spa suites are around 90 m² in size and offer the luxury of their own sauna. Another highlight is the close proximity to the spa area. Each of these suites has its own terrace with a beach chair and patio furniture. The cosy living room and one of the two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. An internal staircase leads from the hallway to the spa level in the basement. Here you will find another cosy bedroom and a spacious bathroom with Finnish sauna, rain shower and bathtub.

Maisonette Suite
The maisonette junior suites have 60 m² spread over two levels and are located on the first floor of the main house. The sleeping area and the walk-in wardrobe are located on the gallery, while the living area and the luxurious bathroom are on the lower level of the suite. The unique ceiling height combined with the elegant design allows you to breathe freely.

Maisonette Family Suite
The Maisonette Family Junior Suites are approximately 73 m² in size and are suitable for families with one or two children, depending on the unit available. The entrance area of these suites is located on the first floor of the house. The elegant living area and bath are located on the lower level of the suite. An internal staircase leads to the open sleeping gallery with a double bed for the parents and one or two cosy children's sleeping alcoves.

Studios
The studios are located on the first floor of the detached flat blocks. With a total living space of 43 m², this category has a combined living and dining area with a high-quality kitchenette and a separate bedroom with a double bed and large built-in wardrobes. The offer is complemented by a modern shower room. In this category, it is possible to connect two accommodation units via a shared entrance. The studios are equipped with everything you need for self-catering. On arrival, you will find an initial supply of mineral water, a selection of coffee and tea as well as an initial supply of care products from the exclusive La Biosthetique brand. The kitchenette has a hob, fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher. Final cleaning is included.

Garden suite
The self-catering garden suites offer you a private terrace with a typical Sylt beach chair and elegant patio furniture. Spread over two levels, they offer a generous amount of space with 3 bedrooms on approx. 90 m² and room for up to six people. On the ground floor there is a cosy bedroom, the living area with kitchenette and a guest WC, on the lower level there are two bedrooms, one of which has an adjoining shower room and a large bath with rain shower.

Severin*s part of the house
The luxurious Severin*s section of the house truly gives you a beautiful temporary home with space for up to six people. With 120 m² of living space spread over three levels, this residential unit offers a generous amount of space that is unrivalled on the island. The three bedrooms each have their own en suite bathroom, while the spacious living area features a high-quality kitchenette with a large dining table and a cosy living area with its own gas fireplace. The private terrace with access to the open garden is equipped with a beach chair and cosy patio furniture. The Severin*s Plus part of the house has 3 bedrooms on 150 m².

Villa Severin*s
The accommodation units in the Villa Severin*s category extend over all three levels of the house and, with a total area of 350 m², offer enough space for up to 10 people. On the ground floor of the exclusive accommodation is the large living room with cosy fireplace and access to the beautiful sun terrace with beach chair. Adjacent is the spacious dining room with an open-plan kitchen and a study. The two very spacious bedrooms on the upper floor, each with its own bathroom, guarantee beautiful dreams. One of the bathrooms also has a whirlpool bath. There are three further bedrooms in the basement, each with an en suite shower room. A private wellness oasis with Finnish sauna and relaxation room ensures your relaxation. Depending on availability, you can choose between the "Sylt rustic" and "Black & White" furnishings.
