"Parelion" is a bright, sun-like optical illusion, often with a glowing ring or halo caused by sunlight filtering through ice crystals in the upper atmosphere. Chef Alexandros Tsiotinis has drawn inspiration from nature's bounty to create dishes that embody the island's gastronomic heritage and are served in the stylish restaurant amidst the wild splendour of Paros' north-eastern coastline.
The pool and sun terrace are located deeper in the hotel's gardens and are surrounded by two impressive rocks. They are perfect for an evening aperitif, illuminated by the white glow of the setting sun.

The summer months are ideal for a beach holiday. Summer temperatures can be expected from May until late October. Spring, autumn and winter are mild. In autumn and winter, showers and cool nights are to be expected.
