Original boutique hotel in the alleyways of Palma's old town
Located in the old town, Concepció by Nobis is an original, small boutique hotel in the centre of the city. The renowned architecture firm Wingårdhs has transformed a 16th century building into an inviting world of brass and wood, where Huguet tiles and Scandinavian aesthetics blend artfully. In the Xalest restaurant, the starters and main courses are all about Mallorcan food culture. Although the hotel is rather small with only 31 guest rooms, it has an outdoor pool, sauna and sun terrace with beautiful views over the rooftops of Palma.

The Consepció by Nobis is located in a narrow street in the old town of Palma de Mallorca. It has 31 rooms, a small pool, sauna and fitness area. The Plaza Mayor is about a 10-minute walk away and the cathedral by the sea is a quarter of an hour away. The Pasteig de Mallorca, lined with palm trees and restaurants, is in the immediate neighbourhood.

Restaurant Xalest
From tapas and pintxos to exquisite main courses, chef Xema Álvarez offers locally inspired cuisine that combines his Mallorcan heritage with the Spanish tradition of sharing. The sophisticated restaurant on the ground floor is characterised by a relaxed atmosphere and a modern ambience in which both guests and locals feel at home. Attached to the restaurant, the One Bar offers little-known regional wines, signature cocktails and reinterpreted old-school bar concepts in a poolside/terrace setting.
