The villas are between 30 m² and 150 m² in size and offer plenty of privacy and exclusivity at the Oia, Fira and Firostefani locations. The villas are equipped with all modern amenities and tailor-made services, including a concierge service that completes the holiday experience.
The Mill Haven
Housed in a traditional Cycladic windmill, The Mill Haven offers impressive views of the caldera cliffs of Oia, the beautiful sunset and the picturesque blue-domed village. It follows the classic island architecture and is equipped with all modern amenities. Spread over two floors, Mill Haven consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms equipped with KORRES bath amenities and a kitchen with electric hob and microwave. The outdoor terrace is equipped with a private Jacuzzi and has a dining and lounge area. The spacious terrace offers views of the picturesque caldera panorama and is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sunset to the full.
The Mill Haven is ideal for couples, groups of friends or families and offers unforgettable relaxing moments, while a range of restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. Approx. 80 m², up to 4 people, 2 bedrooms
Villa Dusk & Dawn
Characterised by the island's traditional cave architecture and distinctive aesthetic, Villa Dusk & Dawn features a dramatically designed interior. The large terrace with two private Jacuzzis and a breathtaking view of the endless blue waters of the Aegean Sea offers moments of ultimate relaxation and serenity. Villa Dusk & Dawn is located in the capital of the island, Fira Town, just a few metres from the central square. This brand new villa features an airy living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. The two cave-style bedrooms are both furnished with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom.

KORRES bath amenities, bathrobes and slippers are provided in the bathrooms. Nafsika Estate
Nafsika Estate extends over 350 square metres and is divided into two levels. On the upper level are the main living area, the covered dining area, the kitchen for guests and the master bedroom. On the lower level are the four remaining bedrooms, a second living area and the kitchen for the staff. Both floors have large bay windows overlooking the extensive garden area with a large pool, the caldera and the volcano. The Nafsika Estate combines Cycladic architectural accents with contemporary elegance. In homage to the iconic style of Santorini, the colour white dominates. Furniture in neutral tones creates an aesthetic that emphasises simplicity, allowing the breathtaking caldera scenery, which can be seen from all villa areas, to stun and overwhelm guests. Entry is possible for German nationals with the following documents: passport (also provisional), identity card (for a stay of up to 30 days or for transit) and children's passport. The summer months are ideal for a beach holiday. Summer temperatures can be expected from May until late October. Spring, autumn and winter are mild. In autumn and winter, showers and cool nights are to be expected.
