The hotel is located in Baja Sardinia, half an hour north of the charming harbour town of Olbia in the north of the Italian island. The luxurious rooms and suites are located in three areas of the resort: The Gardens is surrounded by the lush garden, The Laguna houses the rooms around the tranquil Laguna Pool and The Sea Views allows you to stay in the popular front row on the private beach. All accommodations have a small house bar for private tea and coffee for breakfast and the preparation of sundowners, which are best enjoyed on your own terrace.
You will be spoilt with culinary delights in three restaurants: the "Capogiro" serves Sardinian and Italian cuisine with a panoramic view, the "Cone Club" invites you to lunch, dinner and sunset cocktails, the "Soazio" serves international snack classics by the pool. You like it private: a wide range of food and drinks are available in the flat at any time, around the clock.
Pure Seven - The Spa is a refuge for wellness and relaxation in a lush green courtyard. Body and soul are pampered in equal measure with modern treatments and traditional techniques, innovative body treatments and contemplative mindfulness exercises.
We recommend a private excursion on one of the luxury yachts available. You don't need a sailing licence or captain's licence: you simply hire the crew, and you will also be spoilt with culinary delights while the beautiful coastline passes you by - especially beautiful at sunset over the sea.
The main Italian restaurant "Capogiro" offers an elegant ambience for breakfast, lunch and dinner with sweeping sea views from the panoramic windows and terrace. The dishes are based on local, seasonal ingredients, fish, fruit and vegetables. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes can be created on request and special four-course menus complete the selection. A sommelier will guide you through the treasures of the well-stocked wine cellar. This makes every dinner the highlight of the day.
Surprising, exclusive and a centre of attraction for visitors to the whole island: the "Cone Club" is Sardinia's pace to be! The setting alone is extraordinary: the "Cone Club" is perched on a headland above the water, with a view of the Maddalena Islands and elegant yachts, which are served by the club's own tender service.
The "Cone Club" is a chameleon: beach bar with full-service daybeds, bar lounge, restaurant and club - everyone will be happy here! Star chef Tohru Nakamura is responsible for the cuisine, with local producers, farmers and fishermen supplying their best products for his unpretentious, delicious beach cuisine. As the sun goes down, we recommend the signature drinks created by award-winning mixology expert Philip Bischoff from the Bangkok Social Club. In keeping with the time of day and the mood, the DJ accompanies the fun with chill-out vibes and club music.
For a casual, refreshing lunch, the "Pool Restaurant" is your destination. The menu is in keeping with the Mediterranean surroundings: light, Mediterranean-inspired dishes as well as burgers and pizzas are a perfect match for the casual poolside atmosphere.
In the evening, we recommend a cool drink in the "Terrace Bar" when the sundowner is accompanied by the play of colours in the sky. Treat yourself to cocktails, the finest wines or a sparkling glass of champagne? During the day, it's never far to the Beach Bar, which offers you cool refreshments.
The "7Pines Resort Sardinia" offers its guests a wide selection of rooms and suites in a picturesque location by the turquoise-coloured sea. You can choose between accommodation in the garden, by the pool or in the front row by the sea. A small house bar for tea and coffee is always included, as well as everything you need to prepare a sundowner - the sunset needs to be celebrated appropriately!
The Gardens
The rooms are located in the beautiful garden, just a few steps away from the large Laguna pool. The furnishings pay homage to the island's cultural heritage: Sardinian weaving patterns as well as lamps and furniture made from local juniper are combined with large windows, bringing Sardinia's magnificent landscape into the rooms and suites.

A weave of leaves and branches in the wall panelling pays homage to centuries-old Sardinian weaving techniques and brings nature indoors. The materials and design of the house bar and the additional sofa bed are also inspired by local flora and traditions.
The Laguna

25m², ground floor, terrace, direct access to the pool. Tall trees and dense shrubs form a small private garden right by the pool, where you can use your personal sun lounger at any time. The colours and textures of Sardinia are tastefully reflected in the interior design.

The perfect place on hot days: the private terrace with sun loungers and a lounge for three people - perfectly located by the pool and yet secluded. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light. A well-stocked house bar promises all the ingredients for a sundowner and the sofa can be converted into a comfortable bed for a third person.
Suite Laguna View

The poolside suites are the largest accommodation in this area and are reminiscent of traditional Sardinian coastal houses. The furnished terrace with lounge area and the house bar ensure relaxing hours. Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the interior in radiant sunlight and the design is based on Sardinian colours and craftsmanship.
The Sea Views
Only a few steps separate the Sea View rooms from the sea.

You can also look forward to an outdoor shower, deckchairs and a well-stocked house bar.

The name: a popular sandy bay on the Sardinian coast, the location: just a short walk from the beach.
The suite's dining table seats four people, the bathroom has a shower and bathtub, and you can relax on the sun loungers and in the lounge area on the terrace. Granite, white marble and Cerasarda ceramics from local specialists characterise the interior.
Suite del Principe

The Suite del Principe can comfortably accommodate five people. The two bedrooms have their own bathroom, while a sofa in the living area can be converted into another bed. The terrace invites you to sunbathe with a sea view, and the jacuzzi is a wonderful place to cool off.
Suite Smeralda

The resort's largest suite is located directly on the beach and yet is only a short walk from the restaurant, bar and spa. Sardinia has a Mediterranean climate. The winter from December to February is rainy and cool, storms can also sweep across the island and even snowfall is possible. The best time to visit is from May to October, although temperatures can reach 40 degrees in the height of summer in July and August.
