The Mr E Restaurant of Istoria, set under canvas sails and with stylishly rustic wooden tables and chairs on the black sand, is the home of reinterpreted Greek gastronomy under the direction of acclaimed chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, who received his first Michelin star in 2021 in recognition of his outstanding achievements. He compares cooking to drawing and each culinary creation to a canvas. Chef Tsiotinis imbues his dishes with Cycladic simplicity and invites you on a culinary journey that combines tradition and the present - best enjoyed with a glass of Santorini wine.

The hotel is located directly on the beach promenade of the famous Perivolos Beach, a 3 km long black volcanic sand beach on the unspoilt eastern side of Santorini.
The 12 guest rooms - each with a name in a different language that translates to the word "story" - are impressively vaulted and feature a private terrace and, in most cases, a private outdoor hot tub or pool.
Guests can access the private beach club directly from their suite - parasols and sunbeds are available for relaxing. Round off a day at the hotel's own Elios Spa or in the surrounding area - there are numerous restaurants, bars and clubs on Perivolos Beach.

The summer months are ideal for a beach holiday. Summer temperatures can be expected from May until late October. Spring, autumn and winter are mild. In autumn and winter, showers and cool nights are to be expected.
No proof of vaccination is required for direct entry from Germany.
