Abi SPA
The spa is a sanctuary for the soul that completes the cycle of well-being at Abi d'Oru.
Four treatment rooms, each named after their characteristic Sardinian essences, are available for massages and cosmetic treatments for face and body.
Access to the spa, the relaxation area with Himalayan salt wall and the wet area - with sauna, Turkish bath, sensory showers and ice waterfall - is only possible by prior reservation.
Aromatic herbal teas are available to guests in the relaxation area and by the outdoor pool to further enhance their well-being.
Marinella beach, one of the most beautiful in Sardinia, begins directly behind the gardens. Its fine white sand meets a shimmering turquoise sea that resembles the Caribbean.
Part of the beach is reserved exclusively for guests of the Abi d'Oru with sun loungers and parasols. The beach restaurant conjures up flavoursome snacks and small dishes to accompany a wonderful day on the beach.
The hotel offers four restaurants, including the Mediterraneo Restaurant for breakfast and dinner in the main building and the Marinella Restaurant directly on the beach, which specialises in fish and seafood and is also open to external guests.
The Sardinian traditions at Tzia Maria Restaurant combine with international flavours to create unique signature cuisine, where the excellence of local ingredients is the most important key to success.
The Bellavista, on the other hand, offers Italian fine dining with an excellent à la carte menu.
From simple and freshly grilled meat and fish to more refined and gourmet dishes: At Abi d'Oru, guests will find a wide selection of delicacies for lunch and dinner. Fine desserts and a well-stocked wine list round off the gastronomic offering.

A babysitting service is available on request throughout the day and for children of all ages.
A nursery is available for families with children under the age of 4. The service offered in the children's area during opening hours includes professional supervision and the use of rooms and equipment for children: cradle, pram, changing table, rubber mat for crawling, various toys, etc.
Pool & Beach
Children have their own water park with a swimming pool, where they are supervised by the Bee Happy Kids Club team. The playground is extended to include the beach, where everyone can have fun and enjoy themselves together.
Activities
A playground with a slide, swings, tower and other activities welcomes children. An extra area with table football, table tennis, tennis courts and football pitches is reserved for teenagers.

Sardinia has a Mediterranean climate. The winter from December to February is rainy and cool, storms can also sweep across the island and even snowfall is possible. The best time to visit is from May to October, although temperatures can reach 40 degrees in the height of summer in July and August.
