IL RISTORANTE - NIKO ROMITO
Il Ristorante - Niko Romito at Bvlgari Resort Dubai reflects the elegant design of the original Bvlgari Hotel Milano and celebrates the rich heritage of Italy. Every element of the restaurant's ambience has been hand-selected to ensure an exquisite dining experience for all the senses. Elevated seating gives you a better view of the Arabian Gulf, while a dramatic black ceiling gives you the impression of dining under the open sky at night. Michelin-starred Italian chef from Bvlgari Hotels and Resorts, Niko Romito, has created a blend of modern and classic Italian concepts exclusively for Il Ristorante, interpreting the exquisite flavours of Italy with modern simplicity. He works in his three-star restaurant in Italy and regularly advises his personally trained chef, who lives in the hotel. He brings to Il Ristorante - Niko Romito a menu that expresses Italian culture at its best.
HŌSEKI
Hōseki means "gemstone" in Japanese and is a minimalist jewellery box where guests can enjoy a unique gastronomic treat from chef Masahiro Sugiyama. With only nine seats, dining at Hōseki is a unique omakase experience. It is the most traditional way to enjoy Japanese food, guided by the experienced hands of the chef. After arriving through a special tokonoma or entrance room, guests leave their palates to the inspiration of the chef.
Chef Sugiyama bases his choice of dishes on the preferences of the people sitting in front of him at the counter and on the freshest and best ingredients of the day. As a result, no two meals are exactly the same - but each one is an extraordinary journey into the heart of Japanese culinary tradition.
The dining room overlooks the Dubai skyline, so every intimate dinner is accompanied by a glittering view. For groups, there is a private dining room for up to twelve people. Hōseki is located on the 4th floor of the resort and is open for lunch and dinner. Reservations are required.
YACHT CLUB RESTAURANT
At the end of the marina, the world's first Bvlgari Marina & Yacht Club is a unique place with 46 boats and Mediterranean charm. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and specialises in fish.
IL BAR
The oval Bvlgari bar, which shares space with Il Ristorante - Niko Romito and also offers a view of the sea, has become the symbol of the Bvlgari hospitality collection, interpreted in different materials. For Dubai, the shape is in shiny chrome, offering a more convivial ambience where guests sit facing each other. Savour the shimmer against the panoramic backdrop of the seafront and enjoy some of the most beautiful views of the Arabian Gulf.
IL CAFÉ
Il Café is open from morning until late at night and offers you a large terrace with a view of the marina. LA SPIAGGIA
