The hotel has two outstanding restaurants: The Falls Brasserie serves classic British dishes with regional ingredients in an elegant ambience. The Mizu Pan-Asian Restaurant offers a selection of Japanese, Chinese and Thai specialities with a modern twist. In addition, guests can enjoy a traditional afternoon tea with a view of the lake in the Lake View Lounge.
Spa & Fitness
The award-winning The Falls Spa offers a variety of wellness treatments, including massages, facials and aromatherapy. Facilities include a 16 metre heated outdoor pool overlooking the lake, a glass-fronted sauna, a thermal area with twelve different hot and cold experiences and five treatment rooms. The spa is for adults only and offers a tranquil environment for relaxation and regeneration.
Since 2 April 2025, travellers from Germany and the other EU countries (except Ireland) generally require an electronic travel authorisation (ETA) in addition to a valid passport to enter the United Kingdom.
You can only apply for an ETA online via the official ETA app (https://apply-for-an-eta.homeoffice.gov.uk/apply/electronic-travel-authorisation/easier-on-the-app) and the British government portal (https://apply-for-an-eta.homeoffice.gov.uk/apply/electronic-travel-authorisation/how-to-apply).
No vaccinations are required to enter England.
The climate in southern England is temperate and maritime - mild winters, pleasant summers and changeable weather all year round are typical. Southern England benefits from the Gulf Stream, which ensures comparatively mild temperatures. Sun, rain and wind can alternate quickly - even in summer. Best time to visit: May to September - the warmest and sunniest months.
