The head office of Select Luxury Travel is located in Berlin, City West, Charlottenburg. For our team we are looking for reinforcement with immediate effect in Product management (hybrid: office and home office) and/or back office (hybrid: office and home office).

Your tasks:
- Comprehensive consulting, customer correspondence, purchasing of service providers, preparation of quotations, calculation
- Processing of our mid-office system Tour 32 (recording of trips, customer data, invoicing, content management of travel components)
- Preparation/dispatch of travel documents and travel organisation
- Insurance contracts
- Flight bookings, queue processing in the scheduled flight and tourism sector (front, mid and back office systems and interfaces)
Your profile:
- Tour operator experience in the individual luxury travel sector, or travel agency experience in the premium/luxury travel sector, worldwide on-site destination knowledge (all-round) or focus on Africa, Indian Ocean, Europe, North/Central/South America, Caribbean, luxury cruises
- Completed training as a tourism clerk (m/f/d) or comparable training in a service-oriented industry (e.g. luxury hotel industry)
- Very good fare knowledge in the flight sector, knowledge in dealing with GDS Amadeus as well as the common tools in the scheduled flight and tourism sector
- Experience with Office (Word, Excel) and Midoffice systems, preferably Tour 32
- Top service, independent, committed work and a high level of problem-solving expertise
- Natural, open-minded, optimistic, flexible cooperation, interest in optimised technical processes for the future
- Prioritising with a high workload, clear and positive communication
- Good oral and written English skills
- Willingness to travel on business, participate in trade fairs and scouting trips in the target regions
