A refuge of British style in Caribbean splendour
On the west coast, south of Holetown, stretches a beautiful 300 metre long golden sandy beach shaded by ancient mahogany trees. Although the beach is public (like all beaches in Barbados), that of Sandy Lane is actually very private, as access is not so easy for non-residents. Holetown is a lively tourist town that provides plenty of variety, if desired.

Spa
The large wellness temple leaves nothing to be desired. The 11 treatment rooms all have their own garden or outdoor plunge pool, and there is also a sauna, a steam bath (sometimes used for rhassoul treatments) and a large communal pool for hydrotherapy.
Swimming pool
The huge, terraced pool in several layers, which is beautifully embedded in coral rocks and equipped with underwater loudspeakers, is simply gorgeous.
Beach
Guests on the sunloungers are regularly treated to refreshing treats such as sorbets and squash, and the staff offer wet towels and sunglasses polishing. If you are lying on a sun lounger on the beach and would like service, raise a little flag and a helpful spirit will rush over to fulfil your wishes.

Gastronomic highlights in the heart of the Caribbean
The two main restaurants have a good reputation. The L'Ajacou with its column stands for upscale cuisine, while the more informal Bajan Blue is known for its lavish buffets - also for breakfast. The hotel has seven bars - from one Gelato bar to the refined Monkey Barwhich is artfully decorated with murals on the theme of monkeys and whose bar top is in the shape of a monkey's tail.
