The origins of Saba Rock date back to the 1960s. Back then, diving pioneer Herbert "Bert" Kilbride founded his diving centre, a "resort course" for diving and opened the legendary Pirates' Pub, which became known as one of the best seaside bars in the Caribbean. Since then, visitors from land and sea have flocked to Saba Rock to experience the "old" Caribbean - from the adventures on the water and breathtaking scenery to the fresh seafood and lively happy hours.

King Rooms

Suites
Surfboards on the wooden wall behind the bed, open wardrobes in front of concrete: the suites are young, a little cheeky and airy. Up to 270 square metres in size, they offer space for up to four people. Each suite offers a panoramic view of the North Sound, a large outdoor terrace with a seating area, a bedroom, a living room, a dining area and a small bar. The casually elegant suites are decorated in the bold colours and playful undertones of the Caribbean and offer island living at its finest.

The climate on Virgin Island is tropical and always warm. The average temperatures at the northern end of the Antilles arc are between 26 and 32 degrees Celsius. Rainfall is rare, apart from during the hurricane season. This is a year-round destination, with the best holiday period being from December to April. The water temperature is around 25 degrees Celsius all year round.
