Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa is located in the far south of Mauritius in St Felix. The beaches in the south are considered by many to be the most beautiful on the island. St Felix is surrounded by dense vegetation and the contrast between the white of the beach and the blue of the sea is simply stunning. With an area of 7,000 square metres and 25 treatment rooms, the Shanti Spa is one of the largest in the entire Indian Ocean region. Kids aged 3 to 12 have access to a 2,000 m² children's area with a children's pool and exciting outdoor playgrounds at the "Les Petits Dodos" Kids Club, which also offers a weekly changing programme of activities: from cooking classes and children's yoga to creative lessons, children's disco and open-air cinema.

Mauritius has a subtropical to tropical climate all year round. It is mild and dry from May to October and warm and humid from November to April.
