The Ventus Australis was specifically designed to navigate the southern canals of South America and had her maiden voyage in January 2018. Her various characteristics, including her size, length, engine power and 210-passenger capacity, allow for great manoeuvrability to navigate the narrowest canals and fjords where no other cruise ship can venture.
Discover the wonders of Patagonia's southernmost canals and fjords with Australis - a company that organises expedition cruises to the most important natural sights of Tierra del Fuego, the Strait of Magellan, the Beagle Channel and Cape Horn.
For 27 years, Australis has been offering travellers from all continents the opportunity to explore one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of the world on a cruise through the canals of Patagonia.
You too can enjoy this unique experience with us.
