Giuseppe \"Peppeddu\" Palimodde wanted to offer traditional food in an area that was still little known - the scepticism was great. But word spread about his wife Pasqua's culinary skills and guests travelled long distances to sample the traditional delicacies. What started out as eight rooms has now grown to 70, lovingly and individually furnished by Giovanna Palimodde, Peppeddu's daughter. Embroidery, terracotta and marquetry are regularly renewed, making every visit a new discovery.<br \/>\nCuisine is still the central experience: from the magical Bar Tablao, the theatre for unforgettable aperitifs, to the Terrace of Dreams and Wishes, where you can admire the stars.
